Ok I’m 196 lbs
Looking to drop to 170 by mid March
one caveat, I’m off for the next several days, can’t guarantee any strict regime due to boredom, I’m usually good within the confinement of a tight and regimented life schedule that won’t start back up til next week.
My usual busy times is afternoon til late evening and then home and a one meal a day routine but this time it will be restrictive and no refined carbs and sugars which destroyed me during lockdowns.
