    Going to push this routine at home twice a day. Keep it simple.

    Only have an ez-curl bar and 25 plates aside.

    Day 1
    3 sets
    Push Ups x25
    Barbell Squat w/Calf Raise x10
    Curls x10
    Extensions x10
    Abs 60 seconds each
    Thrusters
    Crunches
    Leg Lifts

    I’m up to 300 push ups a day and doing EZ Bar Curls.

    Also doing routines that I’ve been posting in the other forum. Muay Thai workouts, some body weight and DB routines

    Also surprised how much my appetite has dwindled from the quarantine.

     

    I believe that it was a very common thing with a lot of people especially during the time of COVID. No one found or had it easy at all.

     

    About age influence, that’d well expected and age is something that you can’t beat no matter how strong you are. My friend would tell you that it’s only old age that doesn’t have medicine or drugs to reverse it.

    Ok I’m 196 lbs
    Looking to drop to 170 by mid March

     

    one caveat, I’m off for the next several days, can’t guarantee any strict regime due to boredom, I’m usually good within the confinement of a tight and regimented life schedule that won’t start back up til next week.

     

    My usual busy times is afternoon til late evening and then home and a one meal a day routine but this time it will be restrictive and no refined carbs and sugars which destroyed me during lockdowns.
