    Calf Presses 3 sets with 6 plates aside.

    Muay Thai: hit the bags and pads for 30 mins

    Overhead Press 1 set Olympic Bar
    PecDec Chest 140 1 set 12 reps
    Lat Pulldowns Back 1 set 140lbs

    Muay Thai: Hit pads and Heavy Bag work 1hr.

    Been doing a little workout every 30 minutes on a timer:

    10 push-ups
    10 crunches
    10 squats
    10 calf raises
    30s splits to stretch

    Usually it’s about a dozen times a day
