    Pull-ups, push-ups, and squats are my top three exercises

     

    They are compound movements that target more than one muscle and are great for overall strength and size.

     

    One major benefit is that you need just a pull-up bar or something to hang on for doing this and you can see the results by doing it yourself.

     

    If you have a busy schedule then doing these three alternatively will be of great benefit for your overall health.

    My abs is my focus center for 60% of my working out. It’s where I invest so much and it’s giving me the desired result because my abs are ripped hard.

     

    My favourite workout drills are ;

     

    1. Crunches

    2. Plank

    3. Sit up

    4. Push up

    5. Squat

    Cardio exercises are usually my favourite because they work for the whole body and are very effective.

     

     

    I love getting into the following :

     

    • Burpee
    • Mountain Climbing
    • Swimming
    • Squat Jump
    • Walking
    • Running
    • Push Ups
