    Not only is the avocado a superfood, full of healthy fats, vital antioxidants, and micronutrients, but like the coconut, many different parts of the fruit can be used to maximize its benefits.

    There are two ways which I really enjoy eating my Avocado pear. It’s usually with a fresh baked bread right out of the bakery. The avocado pear serves as my butter for eating the bread with.

     

    The second option of how I enjoy eating my Avocado pear is with rice – specifically jollof rice. It’s pure bliss for me.

    I have been making use of coconut oil to cook my food for a very long time and I just found out that it’s not that good. It looks like I have found a good replacement with avocado oil. It’s what I’m getting for use in my next shopping.
