    Here is my nutritional advice:

    1. Eat minimally processed food. This is very hard to follow especially in the US, but try to make changes slowly and switch foods one at a time. Drastic mostly doesn’t stick. And if you are craving something, don’t deny yourself, try to portion control instead.

    2. Include multiple raw veggies and fruits in your daily diet. I hope these recipes provide some healthy, comforting inspiration for you!

    The best piece of nutritional advice that I give everyone is to always try and eat breakfast. I would never miss my breakfast for any reason whatsoever unless I’m purposely fasting. When you skip your breakfast, you will end up snacking more and that’s going to make you eat more.

     

    Also drinking lots of water is a must for anyone that wants to be in a good health disposition. My water bottle goes with me anywhere I go 24/7.

    It’s why I sometimes envy vegetarians because they do eat healthy more than us. They always have more fruits and vegetables they eat all the time.

     

    I hardly eat processed food because I have known for years that it’s not healthy to eat all the time.
