grab a watch, a bottle of water and give this workout a whirl!
30 seconds each exercise x 3 – 5 rounds
1 – squats after squats you have 30 seconds to do 10 pushups, if you do them quickly lightly jog on the spot till 30 seconds expires
2 – lunge right side, 10 pushups and lightly jog for the remainder of 30 seconds
3 – lunge left side, 10 pushups and lightly jog for the remainder of 30 seconds
4 – running lunge, 10 pushups lightly jog 30 seconds
5 – popcorn squats, 10 pushups lightly jog 30 seconds
6 – squat jumps, 10 pushups lightly jog 30 seconds
x 3 – 5 rounds
