This Garden Chili recipe is one of several crockpot meal plans that I use 2 to 3 times a year. Duration is about 30 to 45 minutes from prep to the crockpot and the cleanup. Bear in mind the amounts used in your ingredient list varies with the size of your crockpot.
2 to 3 lbs Ground Beef
1 can Red Kidney Beans
Broccoli about a dozen crowns
Spinach about 3 to 4 handfuls
2 Tomatoes medium-sized
1 to 2 canned Tomatoes
1 small can of Tomato Paste
1 medium Carrot
½ Red Onion large
½ Pepper of Red, Green, and Yellow
Cremini Mushrooms 1 to 2 handfuls
Basil, Oregano, Turmeric
Dried Herbs and Spices:
Chili Powder, Smoked Paprika, Cumin, Basil, Turmeric.
