Lunges Foward x20 (Alternating legs single-leg count)
Wall push-ups x40
Knee Push-Ups x5
Squats x30
Jumping jacks x50
Crunches x20
Butt bridge x22
Plank x36 sec (do a slow count, if you drop go ahead and rest but stop your count until you finish)
