If I want to manage my weight, preferable something healthy if I get hungry?

Cottage cheese for a long time has been big in the body building community. It’s been awhile since I’ve eaten it myself so may have to bring that back in.

    :Hungry:

The big thing on that is its casein protein and its slow digestion for muscle building.

Also a good protein source and can eat either sweet, with blueberries, strawberries, etc., or as a vegetable dip adding some dill for broccoli or carrots.
