    Going to random share my usual eating plan, which is a One Meal A Day OMAD eating plan.

    Sometimes I calorie count, or at least estimate, most times I don’t. I focus mostly on the health aspects of the foods that I select.
    Been doing this off and on for about 10 years, based off of Intermittent Fasting. I find this works best for me and my body is pretty use to it.

    Will share pics.

    1/2 lb ground beef (local)
    1 Roma tomato
    Handful Mushrooms: Cremini, Shiitake
    1/4 Red Onion
    Cooked with Butter
    Bed of Baby Spinach and Kale

    Bread (Ciabatta) & Butter

    Herbs&Spices: Turmeric, Cumin, Basil, Oregano, Smoked Paprika

    1 chicken breast
    broccoli, red onion, garlic clove, ginger
    Herbs&Spices: Turmeric, Cumin, Basil, Oregano
    1/2 cup basmati rice
    cooked in coconut oil
    on a bed of baby spinach

    Asparagus
    Basmati Rice 1 cup
    Cremini Mushrooms handful
    Red Onion 1/2
    on bed of Baby Spinach
    Spices:
    Turmeric, Basil, Oregano, Cumin, Smoked Paprika
    Butter

    breakfast for dinner

    Breakfast for Dinner.
    4 Egg scrambled on a bed of spinach
    3 Garlic Sausage local meat no additives/sulphites
    Broccoli
    Red Onion
    Asparagus
    Butter
