Going to random share my usual eating plan, which is a One Meal A Day OMAD eating plan.
Sometimes I calorie count, or at least estimate, most times I don’t. I focus mostly on the health aspects of the foods that I select.
Been doing this off and on for about 10 years, based off of Intermittent Fasting. I find this works best for me and my body is pretty use to it.

Herbs&Spices: Turmeric, Cumin, Basil, Oregano
1/2 cup basmati rice
cooked in coconut oil
on a bed of baby spinach
