Lately I haven’t been able to get past 3 days, probably due to too much activity and long days. Makes me wonder if he was very active during this time period or I need to suck it up more…

It’s not the first time I’ve seen someone who fasted for 5 days without eating except for drinking water. The guy lost weight pretty fast, although he didn’t fast because he wanted to but because he was broke and with no money to eat for 5 days. He was left with only water.
