    It was my mother who taught me the trick of using small plates when it comes to dishing out my food to eat. It works very well in making me eat little food portion unlike whenever I use big plate. I would force myself to finish the food so as not to have left overs to waste.

    STOP EATING A LOT OF JUNK FOODS!!

     

    This is one of the best ways to control your weight in a very good and pleasant way. I don’t do junk for any reason whatsoever because I know how harmful it can be when you get addicted to it.

     

    I can’t stress too much about how good it is to drink a lot of water every day.

    I would also say start to love yourself now, as you are because it makes everything more pleasant. You won’t be happier at a lower weight if you cannot be happy now.

     

    So train yourself to be happy in the present moment. Really all of life should be lived this way, it’s much easier said than done.

    It certainly does go hand in hand, to treat your body well and proper at the same time. I find it confusion for one to proclaim to love themselves and then binge on unhealthy foods that wreck their bodies internally. There should be a balance..
