    Various options with DB’s and heavy bags.

    3 to 5 rds
    Dumbbells your weight preference.
    Optional to adjust repetitions.

    Skipping 3m
    DB Squat Press x10
    DB Calf Raises x10
    Jacks x10
    Burpees x5
    DB Alternating Curls x10
    DB Overhead Tricep Extensions x10
    Push-Ups x10
    Dips off a chair x10
    Crunches x20 optional with DB on chest
    Heavy Bag:
    50 jab cross w/speed
    50 Hooks w/power
    50 Body Uppercuts w/speed
    10 Kicks right leg w/power
    10 Kicks left leg w/power
    Elbow Combo straight/straight/uppercut/straight x10 sets
    50 Running Knees

    So, I’m going to very honest here, amongst all the workout routines listed out here, I don’t take part in skipping. I’m not sure if I have skipped a rope in over 5 years. I do see boxers do it very often but I just can’t get into it. Using Dumbbells is sweet for one’s who enjoys having a great arm biceps.

    I hardly workout at home. It’s at the gym all the time for me. I would never miss my gym sessions unless I’m not healthy. My health is the only reason that’s going to be possible to keep me away from my gym.

     

    So, I do most of the drills there at the gym and they are very effective when you’re consistent.
