20 Squat Presses with dumbells
20 pushups – after each pushup, one mountain climber each leg
repeat for 3-5 rounds, 30 seconds rest after each round
I have had this full body advanced workout routine taken care of multiple times but the only difference is that I never got to do the treadmill sprint by pushing it with my own momentum. I would have to repeat it sometime next well and have that checked out.

I’m not sure if I would go on a stretch of 50 jumping jacks at once. I would split it into 25 – 25 and do the rest as you gave the drills. 20 push ups would be hard but I’m very sure that it’s something that I can pull off.
