    Equipment needed: medicine ball and dumbells

    3 rounds, 30 seconds each exercise

    – Medicine ball squat: squat and as you go up throw ball up catch ball and squat and repeat
    – bent over rows with dumbells – slow and controlled
    – Medicine ball slams
    – Archer rows, with dumbells
    – slow up and down pushups
    – bike crunches
    – mountain climbers

    This Medicine Ball Squat is a drill routine that I haven’t gotten into much and it looks like I’m missing a great deal from it. I’m going to speak to my gym instructor about it and see what he can do for me about it. I really enjoyed any crunches drills and bicycle crunches is one of them.

    I can remember when I started working out newly, whenever I’m done with crunches, my stomach would be on fire. I was thinking that it was painful till I started with plank, I almost died. They are both very painful after the drills.
