    standing on bosu
    15 squats holding medicine ball arms extended out in front
    15 right split squat med ball arms extended out in front ( right leg on floor, left foot on bosu )
    15 left split squat med ball arms extended out in front ( left leg on floor, right foot on bosu )
    45 seconds on bosu, lateral shuffle ( always low in a squat position, and inside foot on the ball )
    45 secconds russian twists
    Superset ( no rest, 1 exercise after the other )
    15 bosu ball burpies
    45 seconds mountain climbers on the bosu
    15 lateral bosu pushups

    rest for 1 minute, repeat 3-5 times

    I found this video on Bosu medicine ball workout a while ago and I really liked it. I have using the video content to workout with the Bosu at the gym where I workout three times in week. I only take off 2 days from the week to rest.
