A fun and easily workout to modify targeting your arms and core. Not a workout geared towards
building size, more of an endurance routine geared towards weight loss and functional stability.

But based on your fitness goals you can modify this as need be.

    Five exercises
    3-5 sets
30 seconds each, 15 seconds rest in between

    1) standing bicep curls – movement should be slow and controlled
    2) standing hammer curls – movement should be slow and controlled
    3) reverse curls – movement should be slow and controlled
    4) v-sit with bicep curls – movement should be slow and controlled
    5) walking plank

    * lots of ways to modify, don’t rest in between exercises, increase weight, or one of my favorites, after the first round start the second round kneeling and perform all exercises in a kneeling position.

    Enjoy!

I don’t usually work on my arms often but the drills here looks like a good combination. If it’s possible, I’m going to do that right in the morning tomorrow once I hit the gym.

But I’m definitely going to focus more on the core workout drills. I love working on my core muscles.
