A short answer would be, yes.

A long answer would be, it depends on your training level. Why?

Well, first of all, have you been training in the gym for the past couple of years? If so, then yes, home workouts could be a good way to stay in shape, keep your muscle, and maybe build some as well.

If you haven’t been in the gym, ever, home workouts can be a great way to start your fitness journey, push-ups, pull-ups, sit-ups, and many more bodyweight exercises that you can do can definitely build muscle and be a good starting point to building muscle, to stay in shape, keep your joints healthy and your bone density in check.

Unfortunately, I haven’t been used to working out at home, so I could easily say that working out at home wouldn’t be enough for me. I prefer to do my workout drills at the gym with more equipments and guided instructions to get everything right. I’m still thinking about trying out a few drills at home.
