When I was in high school, I used to do this routine and I was best at my push ups. It helped my shape and body structure really good, even though I’m not as improved as I want to be. I think I need to get back to this.

Makes it look a lot easier this way.

    Thank you

3 minute routines play a big part in my classes. Usually it’s 2 or 3 minute ’rounds’ as that simulates either a Muay Thai round (2m) or a Boxing round (3m).

It always incorporates Upper/Lower body and Core type drills, as well as getting up and down from standing to the floor.

There was a workout application which I used some years ago, it was a free workout application or should I say that I didn’t pay for it’s paid version. It’s got this 3 minutes workout drills sessions and I really took to it very easy. It’s actually part of what helped to build my foundation on working out.

We have done three minutes workout drills on multiple occasions at the gym. It’s quite intense most of the time and I really enjoyed it whenever it’s our day’s workout routine for any day I found myself at the gym.

Push Ups High Plank Shoulder Taps Plank Push Ups Jump Squats Squats Forward Lunges

This was something similar to one of the drills session we had on a three minute timer workout.
