2 tbsp of Peanut Butter
Kale (large handful)
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 cup of Water

The Muscle Builder

1 Banana
2 tbsp Ricotta Cheese
2 tbsp Tofu
1 cup Greek Yogurt
Spinach (large handful)
1 tsp Basil
1 cup Water

 

To create your own, write up a simple 4 ingredient list covering Fruits, Vegetables, a Protein source and Herbs and Spices.
The list below is used in the above smoothies.
Fruits:
Oranges
Bananas
Strawberries
Blueberries
Proteins:
Greek Yogurt
Natty Peanut Butter
Tofu
Ricotta Cheese or Cottage Cheese
Vegetables:
Spinach
Kale
Carrots
Herbs and Spices:
Turmeric
Cinnamon
Ginger
Basil
Additional options:
Instead of water or ice: use coconut water w/wo pulp, or coconut milk.
Additional sweeteners: use maple syrup, or raw unpasteurized honey.
Use a tsp of turmeric and a large handful of spinach in all the smoothie recipes.
Final notes:
Be mindful of your shopping choices.
Refrain from sugary or added sugar products.
Select only, Greek Yogurt, and Natural Peanut Butter.
Also choose organic fruits, vegetables, herbs and spices given the option and Non-GMO Tofu.
