      Home workouts, accountability, individual workout logs, individual meal planning. A fit for 2018 group. Open for anyone that wants to join in our workouts that will be posted 3 times a week, Mon/Wed/Fri. Most will be body weight exercises but if you have dumbbells you can incorporate that as well. We will create accountability for each other, posting completion of workouts, encourage each other to get back on track if we fall off the wagon. Meal planning will be loosely advised here but we will make smarter choices with what we eat overall.
